I debated long and hard about what to put for the "actually do." What I actually do is listen to people all day long and run around the hospital trying to get doctors, patients, and social workers on the same page. I couldn't find anything that accurately portrayed my day - so I went for a laugh instead.

I opt second one. Psycologist and psychiatrist are different. psychiatrist is a doctor.
